Who are we?
The immigration attorneys at Aum & Lee, LLC collectively have been providing immigration legal services for over two decades. Our attorneys are immigrants themselves, who understand how important it is for you to have compassionate, direct, and affordable counsel. Our clients tend to hail from the southeastern region of the United States, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, but many have reached out to us from across the country, from California to New York. We adopt a client-centered approach and take pride in being highly responsive to any inquiries you may have.

Kang Cheol Lee | 이강철 이민법 변호사
Mr. Kang Cheol Lee is a seasoned immigration attorney. Since 2003, he has provided immigration counsel to clients across the country and has written in local Korean newspapers on the changing immigration landscape. He earned his BA degree from Yonsei University and JD from University of Iowa College of Law. In 2002, he was admitted to the Tennessee bar. He is Of Counsel to Slaten Law, PC and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is fluent in English and Korean.
Eun Si Aum | 엄은시 이민법 변호사
Ms. Eun Si Aum is an immigration attorney with a record of robust advocacy for her clients. She previously served at the U.S. Department of State and has experience at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She earned her BA from Emory University and JD from the George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. She is bilingual in English and Korean.
